
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS POLICIES
-To confirm your reservations, we need 30% of the Total payment in advance. After you inform us you want to travel with us, you have five days to put 30% down to reserve your trip.
-35 days prior to you’re planned arrival, you need to send us the rest of your total payment through Internet or a bank deposit.
-Payments are non-refundable; however, in the case of death of one of the members of the group, we will make an effort to refund at least some of your money.
If one of the participants is unable to travel because of an accident, hospitalization or other serious medical condition, you must notify us at least 20 days in advance to make a reservation change, subject to hotel availability.
-Our prices are subject to change without notice!
For your protection, we recommend you buy travel insurance. We have never had any problem in the past, but it is better to pay a little money for insurance and be safe. Things happen. Like the following:
-Cancellation of your flight without any notice!
-A delayed flight that makes you lose your connection.
-A wrong connection that makes you miss your Scheduled flight or even your entire itinerary.
-Delayed luggage or even lost luggage!
-Accident or illness during your trip
-Death
-Lost Money or valuables
-Problems caused by weather conditions
The above mentioned are what we believe to be the most important potential problems. of course we pray that non of these happen. But we never know and we need to be prepared for good times and bad! Cristina’s Canyon Tours is not responsible for any of the above mentioned potential problems or any other beyond our control.
